Achieve Group's Technology Practice is growing rapidly, and we are on the lookout for dedicated Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, including developing business, managing clients, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and closing placements.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates locally in Singapore and across the region.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing and growing existing client accounts.
• Recruit talent across various technology sectors such as AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Management, and Digital Transformation.
• Handle recruitment for both Permanent and Contract roles, with the option to specialize or diversify based on personal strengths and preferences.
• Deliver market intelligence, salary trends, and hiring guidance to clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Develop your niche recruitment desk and become recognized as a subject matter expert within a technology domain.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience in an agency setting.
• Experience managing full 360 recruitment lifecycle is preferred.
• Technology recruitment experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Open to recruiters from diverse specializations who demonstrate eagerness to learn and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Enthusiastic about fostering enduring client relationships and developing your own recruitment practice.
