Job Overview

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage a full 360 recruitment desk. This entails winning new business and delivering end-to-end recruitment services, including client acquisition, candidate management, and closing placements. The role offers autonomy to develop your client portfolio, backed by a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and establish relationships with hiring managers.
• Accurately qualify recruitment roles and understand client needs to set up a successful process.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and candidates at all stages.
• Handle offer negotiations and closing processes effectively.
• Foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Organize and maintain a consistent and efficient recruitment pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum six months recruitment experience, preferably agency-side.
• Comfortable with business development and proactive outreach by phone.
• Strong skills in candidate management and engagement.
• Self-motivated and driven to perform well.
• Meticulous in job execution and attention to detail.
• Receptive to feedback and inquisitive when clarification is needed.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Clear and effective communication with clients, candidates, and team members.
