Job description

About the Role

We are a consulting firm specializing in talent and management, collaborating with clients in the property management and IT industries to recruit mid-to-senior level professionals. This position involves ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, managing client relationships and candidate pipelines with measurable outcomes.

This role suits someone enthusiastic about engaging with people, quickly understanding their needs, and fostering trust with both clients and candidates. Early career recruiters with a background in sales or relationship management are encouraged to apply. This is an active, accountable position that requires managing searches independently and finalizing placements.

Role Overview

  • Engage in full-cycle, revenue-generating recruitment with direct client ownership
  • Focus on developing expertise in property management and IT recruitment markets
  • Work in a performance-oriented environment with clear metrics and growth potential
  • Participate in a supportive, team-based setting

This position is not an internal HR role and does not involve administrative coordination. It requires initiative, comfort in sales-driven activities, and a proactive approach starting early in pipeline development.

Experience and Attributes Required

  • Minimum of one year experience in recruiting, preferably agency-based, or strong motivation to pursue recruiting as a career
  • Exposure to sales or client-facing roles such as business development is a plus
  • Ease in networking and eliciting genuine candidate requirements beyond resumes
  • Effective communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions, adaptable but direct
  • Strong organizational skills to simultaneously manage multiple active searches and candidate pipelines
  • Highly competitive attitude driven by results rather than activity alone
  • A formal degree is not mandatory if experience and performance substantiate capability

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and engage both active and passive candidates for mid-to-senior level roles in property management and IT
  • Maintain a well-developed candidate pipeline to ensure readiness for new searches
  • Ask probing questions to assess true candidate fit beyond resume data
  • Build and nurture strong client partnerships by comprehending business needs and anticipating staffing requirements
  • Collaborate with clients to define role expectations and tailor recruitment strategies
  • Provide insightful market intelligence and candidate analysis to position yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Design and implement targeted search tactics for each recruitment engagement
  • Oversee the recruiting process from initiation to closure, ensuring transparent communication with all parties
  • Lead the negotiation and offer processes, balancing client limitations with candidate expectations
  • Fully manage deal closure to ensure successful candidate acceptance
  • Monitor industry trends within focus sectors and integrate insights into client discussions
  • Accurately maintain internal recruitment systems to provide up-to-date and actionable pipeline data

Additional Information

Our client is committed to partner with top-tier organizations and supports candidates post-placement through three months of career coaching and development assistance, fostering long-term success.
