The assignment is expected to last more than 2 months.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process across roughly 50 to 70 open requisitions at a time.
  • Hire mainly for Phlebotomist and Courier roles across the Northeast and North Central regions.
  • Find and attract talent through job boards, networking, referrals, social platforms, and other proactive sourcing methods.
  • Review applicants, assess fit, and determine alignment with role requirements.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and shape recruiting plans.
  • Develop and keep active talent pipelines for immediate and future staffing needs.
  • Record candidate details and recruiting activity accurately in the applicant tracking system, preferably Workday.
  • Communicate promptly with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
  • Track weekly and monthly recruiting targets such as time-to-fill and pipeline goals.
  • Follow OFCCP requirements and internal recruiting policies.
  • Support onboarding tasks when needed.
  • Compile recruiting updates and reports for leadership.
  • Handle other recruiting-related or administrative assignments as needed.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree, or 2 to 4 years of professional recruiting experience.
  • Background in agency recruiting and/or in-house corporate recruiting.
  • Proven ability to source candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organization and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred background

  • Experience handling high-volume recruiting.
  • Prior recruiting exposure in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, or clinical environments.
  • Experience hiring for Phlebotomists, Couriers, Medical Assistants, or similar healthcare roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday as an ATS.
  • Understanding of OFCCP, CAP, or CLIA compliance requirements.

Compensation

The pay rate for this assignment is $30.32 per hour.
