Role overview
As a recruiter in MHP’s international recruiting team, you will help shape hiring success in the consulting environment. The role focuses on bringing people together, guiding candidates through their decision-making journey, and partnering closely with internal teams to fill open positions effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment end to end for SAP and consulting roles, covering intake discussions, selection stages, and hiring completion.
- Identify and approach suitable candidates through active sourcing and other relevant recruiting channels.
- Conduct interviews independently and support candidates professionally throughout the full candidate journey.
- Work closely with business teams and other stakeholders to staff open vacancies accurately.
- Take ownership of recruiting projects and contribute to improving recruiting processes.
- Support the employer branding team with targeted recruiting initiatives as well as participation in fairs and events.
Requirements
- You hold a completed degree and bring roughly 2–3 years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in consulting or a mid-sized business environment.
- You enjoy engaging and motivating people and building long-term professional relationships.
- You have solid experience in consulting-related recruiting, active sourcing, and interview management.
- You work with empathy, independence, strong teamwork, and clear communication skills.
- You keep expanding your understanding of your target audience and stay up to date with current trends.
Additional information
- Start date: by arrangement, typically at the beginning of a month.
- Working time: full-time at 40 hours per week or part-time from 30 hours per week.
- Annual leave: 30 days.
- Employment type: fixed-term contract for 2 years.

- Language requirements: fluent German and English at minimum B2 level.
