Key responsibilities
- Manage recruiting end to end for SAP and consulting roles, starting with requirement intake and continuing through selection steps until the hire is completed.
- Identify and approach suitable candidates directly through relevant sourcing channels.
- Conduct interviews independently and provide a smooth, professional candidate experience across the full journey.
- Work closely with business teams and other stakeholders to ensure the right fit for open roles.
- Independently lead recruiting projects and contribute to improving recruiting processes.
- Support the employer branding team with targeted recruiting initiatives as well as participation in fairs and events.
Requirements
- A completed degree and several years of recruiting experience, ideally around 2–3 years in consulting or in a mid-sized business environment.
- Strong enthusiasm for engaging people, bringing them along, and building lasting professional relationships.
- Practical expertise in consulting recruitment, direct sourcing, and interview execution.
- A working style marked by empathy, independence, strong collaboration, and clear communication. You should also actively expand your understanding of the target audience and stay informed about current trends.
Important information
The role begins by agreement, always at the start of a month.
Working time is full-time at 40 hours per week, with part-time possible from 30 hours per week.
This position is fixed-term for 2 years.
The function area is Corporate Functions.
You need fluent German and English at least at B2 level.
A valid work permit is required. If necessary, the employer can apply for a work permit during the recruitment process; this can take time and may affect the start date.
There are 30 days of annual leave.
