Role Overview

The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in doubling the company's team size during this critical growth phase. This position involves leading the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to support and expand the remote-first organizational culture. Your efforts will directly influence WorkOS's mission to advance infrastructure for the next generation of enterprise software.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from creative sourcing of passive candidates to managing talent pipelines and securing key hires across Go-To-Market and Engineering, Product & Design divisions.
• Provide strategic guidance to hiring leaders by developing effective interview processes and utilizing data analytics to enhance recruitment and employer branding.
• Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion while leveraging network referrals to build a diverse and high-performing workforce focused on AI infrastructure innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experienced in recruiting and scaling teams at early-stage companies in Go-To-Market and technical functions such as Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Possesses strong emotional intelligence combined with a data-driven approach to influence decision-making in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
• Displays proactive ownership and creativity in sourcing top-tier talent suited for a remote-first startup developing sophisticated developer tools.
