The company develops innovative AI communication solutions that replicate users' unique voices, moving beyond generic templates to maintain authentic human connection across various digital platforms.
Role Overview
As the first GTM (Go-To-Market) employee at Lightfern, you will build the product-led growth (PLG) engine from scratch, owning the entire customer acquisition funnel. Your responsibilities will include experimenting with marketing campaigns, shaping the brand's voice, and facilitating the transition from PLG focusing on individual users towards enterprise-level adoption, turning user enthusiasm into teamwide integration for leading AI communication tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale the complete self-serve acquisition funnel, driving top-of-funnel awareness via social media, content, and partnerships while optimizing for activation and conversions.
- Plan and perform data-informed growth experiments to improve the PLG approach and identify signals indicating potential enterprise customers.
- Create compelling brand narratives and high-quality content designed to build credibility among professional users and represent the company through live demonstrations and user interactions worldwide.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 3 years in senior GTM or growth marketing roles, preferably with experience scaling PLG motions at high-growth startups.
- Excellent storytelling and writing capabilities, able to craft persuasive messages ranging from cold outreach to detailed product landing pages.
- A strong analytical and scientific approach to test hypotheses for growth strategies, paired with passion for engaging users and using feedback to enhance product offerings.
