Position Overview

McCone Properties invites driven individuals to join their Leasing team in Dubai as Real Estate Brokers. This role is ideal for those beginning a career in real estate or experienced professionals eager to grow within Dubai's dynamic property market. Primary Duties

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners, aligning their needs with appropriate property options.
• Keep informed about current trends, pricing, and new development projects within the Dubai property market.
• Conduct professional property consultations in compliance with RERA and DLD regulations.
• Generate business leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and marketing initiatives.
• Organize property viewings and present tailored options based on client preferences.
• Guide clients by advising on available investment opportunities including ready and off-plan properties.
• Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants to finalize lease agreements successfully.
• Assist with preparing documentation and lead clients through the leasing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to maximize property visibility and ensure smooth client service.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or real estate is preferred.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven individual.
• Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate within 1 to 3 months.
• Financially prepared for a commission-only role with recommended six months of savings.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Possession of a driving license and vehicle preferred.
