Sales & Marketing Executive

Role Overview

This position involves guiding current and potential students and clients by responding to their incoming inquiries and providing detailed counseling. The executive will inform and influence clients about various courses and investment options, highlighting their advantages, and direct them appropriately to local centers based on the company's protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls from prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct counseling sessions both telephonically and face-to-face, advising on courses and investment opportunities.
• Utilize prepared scripts to effectively communicate benefits and motivate enrollments.
• Clarify customer questions regarding company products and services.
• Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential clients interested in careers within the investment sector.
• Manage a high volume of calls daily, typically making 100 to 120 or more calls to engage prospects.
• Directly sell courses and investment products through phone and in-person interactions.
• Ensure an excellent and professional customer experience throughout all communications.
