Real Estate Agent - Dubai Residential Properties

Role Overview

This position involves specializing in the sales and lettings of residential properties within Dubai. Candidates will work closely with buyers, tenants, landlords, and sellers to facilitate successful property transactions by providing comprehensive assistance through the various stages from marketing to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather detailed information about residential properties and coordinate the production of relevant marketing materials.
• Stay informed about local residential property regulations and compliance standards applicable in Dubai.
• Conduct and participate in property valuations and viewings regularly.
• Manage negotiations between prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, guiding them from initial viewing through to offer submission.
• Track the progress of sales and lettings in coordination with the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients after each property viewing to provide updates and support.
• Monitor and analyze local market trends to inform sales strategies and client advice.
• Develop new business opportunities by leveraging the company database and networking within the property market.
• Collaborate with financial institutions, mortgage advisors, surveyors, other real estate agencies, and internal teams to facilitate property transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is considered an asset.
• Professional appearance with adherence to business-appropriate attire at all times.
• Strong networking ability with a hardworking, positive attitude and integrity.
• Punctuality and commitment to contributing positively to company growth and maintaining high professional standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a cooperative team spirit and outstanding work ethic.
• Possession of a valid UK or UAE driving license and personal vehicle; alternatively, candidates may arrange for rental or company vehicles at their expense.
