Role Summary

The role of Lettings & Sales Agent encompasses managing the comprehensive process of residential property transactions, including sourcing properties, marketing listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and facilitating the completion of sales and lettings. The agent will engage directly with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, offering expert advice throughout.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of residential properties for sale and rent
• Perform property valuations and acquire new listings
• Oversee the entire process for sales and lettings transactions
• Arrange property viewings and report comprehensive feedback to clients
• Negotiate offers to achieve successful outcomes for all involved parties
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers
• Keep informed about local housing market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Deliver outstanding post-sale and letting services including follow-ups
