Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Agent in Tirana entails managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The role includes listing, promoting, and showing properties to potential buyers or renters, leading clients through transactions, conducting property valuations and market research, preparing and reviewing contracts, and collaborating with legal and financial experts when necessary. Strong client relationships, negotiation skills, and adherence to high service standards are essential.

Key Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and a thorough understanding of local property laws and concepts.
• Excellent salesmanship and customer service abilities to cultivate trust and maintain long-term client connections.
