Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end operations.
- Conduct initial onboarding training for new hires, refresher sessions, and updates on changes to procedures and processes.
- Create, review, and maintain training documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge resources.
- Evaluate trainees through examinations, mock calls, and performance assessments to ensure proficiency.
- Identify training requirements using Training Need Identification and Analysis techniques and address skill gaps accordingly.
- Track and analyze post-training trainee performance; collaborate with operations teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all training aligns with client expectations, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Assist in process transitions and onboarding of new workflows.
- Partner with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to foster ongoing enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of US Healthcare revenue cycle processes, including eligibility verification, accounts receivable, denial management, charge entry, and payment posting.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities suited for both in-person and virtual training environments.
- Proven experience in creating and facilitating engaging training content and programs.
- Understanding of adult learning methodologies to optimize training effectiveness.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Competence in managing classroom sessions as well as remote training delivery.
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 years of overall experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
- Minimum of 2 years specializing in RCM training roles, particularly in new hire induction.
