Job Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-ups with payers to ascertain the status of claims.
- Initiate calls to insurance companies in the USA on behalf of healthcare providers to resolve outstanding accounts receivable.
- Identify reasons for denied claims and actively work towards resolving them.
- Prevent claims from being written off by ensuring timely and consistent follow-up.
- Comfortably handle communication regarding denied claims.

Desired Profile
- Minimum 12 months of professional experience in AR Calling with strong denial management knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
