Role overview

In this position, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere in the public areas of the hotel. Your work contributes directly to guest comfort and the overall feel-good experience within the property.

Key duties

• Make sure the hotel’s cleanliness standards are consistently followed and implemented in the public spaces.
• Take on a range of floor-related tasks and support the room-cleaning team, particularly with laundry-related work.
• Work smoothly and professionally with external cleaning service providers.
• Collaborate across departments and gain exposure to different areas of work through cooperation in multicultural teams.
