Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and real estate developers to drive sales.
Assist customers throughout the home buying journey, providing tailored guidance in the luxury property market.
Keep abreast of current market trends, new projects, and property listings.
Leverage market insights to supply clients with precise and timely information.
Proactively obtain referrals from happy clients to broaden the customer network.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet both personal and group sales objectives.

Qualifications

At least six months of experience in the UAE real estate sector, ideally within Abu Dhabi, with sound market knowledge.
Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and presentation capabilities.
Highly motivated with the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license is compulsory.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market movements, developments, and property options.
Open to generating new business through referrals and teamwork.
