About the Team and Role

The Global Fashion team is a major business area for eBay, contributing more than $10 billion in Gross Merchandise Volume. The team works across categories such as apparel, sneakers, watches, handbags, and jewelry, with a strong focus on the future of fashion resale and luxury re-commerce worldwide.

This position supports strategic growth initiatives across Europe. Working closely with the Regional AG & CBT Lead and other cross-functional partners, the role helps turn strategy into practical execution plans, governance routines, and day-to-day progress monitoring. It is a central coordination role spanning multiple workstreams, suited to someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the coordination of strategic growth projects across Europe by defining clear plans, milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Support program governance and regular operating cadences, including meetings, status reporting, action tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Work alongside regional and global partners in Strategy, Operations, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to keep initiatives aligned and progressing.
• Monitor delivery against agreed outcomes, surface dependencies and risks early, and escalate concerns in a timely and structured manner.
• Create polished materials for leadership decisions, such as project briefs, executive summaries, and cross-functional readouts.
• Consolidate updates across workstreams, document decisions, and ensure actions are followed through consistently.
• Assist with launch readiness for new initiatives by coordinating inputs from local markets and keeping teams aligned on scope and timing.
• Serve as a dependable coordination contact for European stakeholders, connecting strategic direction with operational execution.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage several priorities and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to bring clarity to complex or fast-changing initiatives.
• A disciplined, detail-focused working style while keeping sight of the broader business objective.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed or global organization.
• Confidence in tracking execution, handling ambiguity, and ensuring follow-through with strong ownership.
• Comfort using data and business insights to support reporting, prioritization, and decision-making.
• A collaborative approach that helps build trust quickly and enables teams to work effectively together.
