- Lead the organization toward annual fundraising revenue of about $4 million across major events such as galas, golf tournaments, leadership events, and other signature initiatives.
- Define event goals, KPIs, performance benchmarks, and measurement standards, then track outcomes and identify areas to improve.
- Work with regional leadership to shape event direction, improve delivery, and maintain a strong participant experience across locations.
- Help developing markets manage change by supporting implementation of national standards and maintaining operating effectiveness.
- Partner with marketing, communications, and internal stakeholders to build strong promotional efforts and use digital tools to increase reach.
- Coach and train development teams to improve fundraising capability, team effectiveness, and overall program performance.
- Oversee budgets, assess financial results, and ensure resources are used responsibly.
Requirements

- 7 to 10 years of experience in development, nonprofit fundraising, and event management.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver large-scale fundraising events and distinguished event programs.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, budget oversight, volunteer coordination, and program expansion.
- Ability to build productive relationships and work well with executives, employees, volunteers, and outside partners.
- Experience mentoring teams, building talent, and promoting inclusive, collaborative workplaces.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with sound professional judgment.
- Ability to influence outcomes through others to achieve organizational objectives.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and occasionally work evenings or weekends when events or business needs require it.
Benefits and compensation
- Annual base pay in the range of $112,476 to $119,892, with the final amount based on experience, role requirements, and primary work location.
- Full healthcare coverage and wellness support programs.

Application and hiring process
The hiring company receives applications directly through the partner organization. The partner uses an AI-assisted matching process to screen candidates against the role’s core requirements. The system creates a shortlist for the employer, and the employer’s internal team manages interviews, assessments, and final decisions.
Data privacy and AI notice
Submitting an application means the partner will process personal data to evaluate candidacy and share relevant information with the hiring employer. This processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Applicants may exercise rights such as access, correction, deletion, and objection at any time.
The partner may also use AI tools to assist with application review, resume analysis, response assessment, and identifying possible inconsistencies or verification signals.
