Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to assist with project management and corporate strategy efforts, focusing on leading cross-departmental initiatives, assessing business performance, and aiding in strategic plan implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to manage projects, analyze organizational priorities, identify expansion prospects, and ensure strategic objectives are met timely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning and oversee the execution of projects while tracking progress against key performance indicators.
- Conduct business and market analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations tailored for leadership review.
- Evaluate operational effectiveness and recommend process and performance improvements.
- Maintain project documentation and coordinate communication among stakeholders.

- Support change management and transformation activities within the organization.
- Identify business risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Continuously optimize project management practices to enhance organizational success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and corporate strategic planning.
- Familiarity with business analysis, performance management, and process optimization techniques.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with proficiency in assessing business data and formulating strategic recommendations.
- Competence in market research, competitive intelligence, financial analysis, and operations assessment.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing executive level reports and presentations.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Adept at risk assessment, opportunity evaluation, and facilitating organizational change.
- Proven interpersonal skills with capacity to engage and manage relationships across all organizational tiers.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in analysis and documentation.
- Self-motivated and capable of functioning independently or in team settings.
- Strong decision-making skills supported by data analysis and strategic insight.
