About the role

The Product team is responsible for creating the experiences behind Revolut’s products. Working across Design, Engineering, and Data, the team turns complex problems into practical, scalable features that customers can rely on.

This role is for a Product Owner who can take full ownership of a product roadmap, handle everyday product operations, manage execution, and proactively deal with risks. You will work from idea stage through launch and post-launch growth, partnering with multiple teams and keeping senior stakeholders informed so you become the main point of contact for your area.

Key responsibilities

• Define team objectives, success measures, and the roadmap so they support wider business goals.
• Use data insights, market understanding, and company strategy to prioritise work for the greatest impact.
• Own the product lifecycle end to end, from early concepts through development, release, scaling, and ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with Design and UX to shape the customer journey and deliver a strong user experience.
• Coordinate with Engineering to make sure product delivery runs smoothly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Legal, and Strategy.

What you need

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-growing tech company or in finance-related areas such as acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, or insurance.
• At least 2 years of experience successfully leading consumer mobile products.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A strong sense for UX/UI and a clear understanding of modern design best practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking combined with commercial judgement to prioritise work based on ROI.
• Experience creating a clear product vision and communicating it effectively to leadership, customers, and partners.
• Experience taking a product from concept to launch.
• Comfort working in uncertain, fast-moving environments while still producing measurable outcomes.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with a drive to keep improving.

Nice to have

• A bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded university.
