Job description
About the Team
The Creator team supports the growth of TikTok creators by helping them develop, produce high-quality content, and engage more deeply with the platform. The team builds scaled education and content programs that improve creator growth, strengthen product understanding, and expand adoption. It also develops initiatives that recognize and celebrate diverse creator communities worldwide.
Role Summary
This position is for a Marketing Campaigns Manager focused on delivering end-to-end product marketing campaigns for professional creators. The work centers on building awareness, shaping perception, increasing adoption, and encouraging usage of creator products and key value propositions. The role is highly execution-focused and involves turning product priorities into strong paid campaigns across both on-platform and off-platform channels such as TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit. You will work closely with agencies, product teams, communications, and the Global Creator Marketing team to deliver measurable results rooted in product performance and creator insights.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run product marketing campaigns from start to finish, using paid media to support creator product awareness, perception, and adoption across multiple channels.
- Use campaigns to influence both broad awareness goals and downstream outcomes such as product usage and adoption.
- Develop creative briefs, review scripts and concepts, and work closely with agencies to manage delivery and execution.
- Track campaign results, assess performance against key metrics, and refine messaging, creative, and audience targeting based on insights.
- Work with Product, Communications, and Creator Marketing partners to align priorities and capture learnings that can inform future campaigns and broader best practices.
Role Scope
This is a hands-on, results-driven role centered on execution, creator product marketing, and campaign performance. It is not intended to be a pure brand marketing, media buying, or high-level strategy position.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has strong experience in product marketing, performance marketing, or paid campaign execution, along with a solid grasp of how to market products aimed at creators. You should be comfortable managing agencies, working across teams, staying organized, and using data to guide decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, performance marketing, or paid campaign execution.
- Background running paid campaigns for products such as tech products, platforms, tools, or creator-focused products.
- Strong understanding of creator-style creative and product-led messaging rather than traditional brand advertising.
- Experience coordinating with agencies and outside partners.
- Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Comfort using performance data, metrics, and campaign insights to shape decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the creator economy, media, entertainment, or platform businesses.
- Experience supporting campaigns across multiple markets or regions.
- Exposure to lifecycle marketing or lower-funnel marketing tied to product adoption.
