The trading bot area has become one of OKX’s most important and fastest-expanding businesses over the last two years. It represents a meaningful portion of the platform’s daily active traders and trading volume. What You Will Do

• Create strategies that increase trading bot usage, trading volume, and user growth while working closely with design, engineering, and analytics teams.
• Use the needs of trading users to shape bots that perform well in specific market conditions.
• Research users and study competitors to uncover opportunities for product improvement, innovation, stronger conversion, and better retention.
• Promote solid engineering approaches and scalable product and system architecture to support efficient development of new products.
• Lead projects with disciplined scope, timing, and stakeholder coordination, focusing on fast iteration and high-impact delivery.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent level of practical experience; backgrounds in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering are especially preferred.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in crypto or internet-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of strategy design and backend logic.
• A genuine interest in solving problems and building excellent user experiences.
• Self-driven, independent, persistent, objective, and logically strong, with the ability to own projects end to end.
• A curious mindset with strong self-learning ability and openness to innovative ideas that support product growth.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present ideas clearly.

Preferred Background

• Experience with Crypto, FX, or stock trading, including quant trading, bot trading, or technical analysis.
• Good understanding of the industry landscape and market behavior.
• Mandarin fluency is an advantage for collaboration with cross-functional technical teams in Greater China.
