About OKX
OKX is a major crypto exchange and the company behind OKX Wallet, helping millions of users access crypto trading and decentralized applications. The business also serves institutional clients looking to participate in crypto markets, and it is supported by a proof-of-reserves framework that emphasizes security and reliability. The organization operates internationally and is guided by the values of putting the team first, doing the right thing, and delivering results. It is part of OKG, which includes products such as OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink, and others that bring blockchain services to users worldwide.
About the Team
The Frontend Growth team is responsible for creating and improving customer-facing experiences that help the business acquire, engage, and retain users across global markets.
The team partners closely with product and growth groups to build features for affiliate programs, marketing initiatives, SEO, and ASO efforts. It turns complex growth plans and business rules into frontend systems that are scalable and perform well.
Through data-led experimentation and ongoing optimization, the team supports international expansion, localization needs, and better overall user experience.
