Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency Product Owners and business stakeholders to define and align the product vision and mission, securing stakeholder support.
• Develop and execute product outreach, promotion, and go-to-market strategies with relevant partners.
• Plan and manage the entire product lifecycle, including budgeting, resource allocation (software, hardware, professional services), and workplan development.
• Design, test, and iterate user journey enhancements through experiments to improve overall experience.
• Conduct user studies to identify needs and pain points while analyzing data patterns and industry landscapes for informed decision-making.
• Translate product strategies into detailed technical plans, supporting developers with emerging tool adoption as needed.
• Evaluate solutions critically to create solid proposals and prioritize features according to different market segments.
• Generate data-driven analytics and insights to guide actions and trade-offs, coordinating across functions such as marketing, legal, and finance.
• Drive sustainable user growth by increasing engagement, feature diversity, and collaborating with agencies and government product teams.
• Organize and conduct effective meetings, track priorities and progress, maintain documentation, and manage funds and expense monitoring.
• Ensure product compliance with security and performance standards (SSAT, VAPT, Performance Testing) and adhere to audit and governance requirements (IM, AGO, QMS).

Candidate Profile

• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience; more experienced candidates may be considered for senior roles.
• Background in product management, IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing.
• Familiarity with modern product development methodologies like Agile, Cloud technologies, Design Thinking, and product-centric approaches is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years collaborating directly with engineers, designers, and fellow product managers.
• Strong analytical thinking, conceptualization abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with capacity to articulate and persuade effectively.
• A proactive, motivated mindset coupled with curiosity and willingness to learn and apply new knowledge.
• Relevant certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master are advantageous.
