Role overview

Meta is looking for a Product Manager focused on growth and monetization to help shape new consumer experiences and commercial products. The APAC product group works close to local markets and business partners to build, launch, and scale solutions. In this position, you will help explore new standalone consumer apps, drive 0-to-1 product development, and work with advanced AI-driven product workflows.

Product managers here partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to create products that support community-building and business growth across Meta's ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Own major near-term and long-term opportunities within a large product area, and turn them into clear missions, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with broader business goals.
  • Build alignment across teams, create structure around ambiguous problems, and move work forward with strong initiative and limited supervision.
  • Assess whether AI is the right solution for a given problem and make disciplined tradeoff decisions at portfolio level.
  • Shape AI capabilities into distinctive product visions that can define or reshape market categories.
  • Lead AI-first product strategies, including evaluation systems and data approaches that support continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Work with engineering and design teams to deliver products while maintaining a healthy and effective team environment.
  • Coordinate with functions such as design, legal, and other partner groups to define requirements, manage resources, plan roadmaps, and hit critical milestones.
  • Use AI responsibly to redesign workflows, increase team speed, and improve capability at scale.
  • Encourage rapid experimentation and learning as a source of competitive advantage.
  • Spread AI best practices, workflows, and reusable artifacts across teams so the organization compounds its capability over time.
  • Manage web-based product and platform initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Drive large-scale execution across multiple organizations by blending automation with human oversight.
  • Keep efficiency high in a fast-changing environment where processes are fluid and creative problem-solving matters.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts and set a strong standard for PM technical execution.
  • Apply research, market insights, and current technical learning to product strategy and requirements.
  • Understand system and architecture trade-offs and how they affect user experience and business results.
  • Work with engineering leadership on major technical decisions.
  • Combine data, usability research, and market analysis to improve product direction, user satisfaction, and engineering productivity.
  • Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to different audiences, including cross-functional partners and executives.
  • Track metrics, define success measures, and guide decisions using user insight, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Design experiments, interpret outcomes with the help of AI, and use results to inform strategic choices.
  • Create and run model evaluations at scale so evaluation becomes a core capability for AI-powered experiences.

Minimum qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in product management and/or product design.
  • At least 10 years of collaboration with engineering, design, and user research teams.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including customer feedback, prioritization, and pre-launch and post-launch execution.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to use AI-powered tools to create product artifacts at scale.
  • Experience building and promoting AI-native strategies across organizations.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred background

  • Experience creating 0-to-1 AI-native products, platform or ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
  • Background in a consumer technology company.
  • History of scaling AI best practices across teams or organizations.
  • Ability to use AI tools to redesign workflows and produce measurable improvements in efficiency or quality.
  • Experience applying responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk review, bias mitigation, and quality checks.
  • Ongoing learning in AI areas such as prompt engineering, context engineering, agent orchestration, and emerging AI tools.
