Job description

About Domino’s

Founded in 1960 in Ypsilanti, Michigan, Domino’s has grown from a single store into a brand known for transparency, accountability, and strong digital performance. The company is now among the top five businesses for online transactions, with 65% of U.S. sales coming through digital channels. Domino’s also emphasizes opportunity for local business owners, many of whom started their careers as delivery drivers or pizza makers.

Role Overview

The Director of International Pricing & Revenue Management works with Master Franchisee (MFZ) organizations and Domino’s Pizza International (DPI) teams to shape pricing strategies that improve revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness over the long term.

This leader uses analytics, consumer research, and competitive intelligence to improve menu pricing, promotions, and value positioning while protecting brand perception and driving traffic. The role also helps define Domino’s global view on pricing and revenue management, develops repeatable tools and knowledge assets, and leads a strong international pricing consulting team.

The position calls for a candidate with a strong record of increasing revenue through evidence-based pricing decisions, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different markets and work effectively with international leadership, business teams, brand and digital centers of excellence, and external aggregator partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Pricing & Revenue Management

  • Help international markets shape, improve, and fine-tune pricing approaches that drive revenue and margin across all menu categories and sales channels.
  • Provide direct pricing consulting support to priority markets, from identifying the opportunity to helping with execution.
  • Use competitor analysis, market movement, and economic conditions to guide pricing choices.
  • Partner with finance, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams so pricing supports overall business goals.
  • Run A/B experiments and price elasticity analyses to measure the effect of pricing changes on demand and profitability.
  • Support menu optimization work that strengthens value perception and improves sales mix.
  • Apply analytics and modeling to judge pricing performance and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Create and monitor pricing KPIs to track impact and success.
  • Perform margin analysis so pricing actions reflect cost structure and profit objectives while still supporting long-term share growth.
  • Keep a close watch on market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior.
  • Factor in inflation, commodity price changes, and wage trends when adjusting pricing strategy.
  • Improve consumer research methods to understand willingness to pay and refine menu pricing, couponing, and offer structures.

Knowledge Development and Deployment

  • Build and refine pricing frameworks and guidelines that support customer-focused and competition-aware decisions across international markets.
  • Capture lessons and best practices from U.S. and international markets and turn them into scalable playbooks and guidance.
  • Create and maintain tools, standards, and resources that help markets develop consumer-tested, competition-informed pricing strategies and execute them consistently across channels.
  • Lead structured knowledge-sharing sessions to speed up learning and adoption within DPI and across international markets.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the pricing subject-matter leader and influence senior executives and franchise partners.
  • Manage relationships with external pricing or revenue management consulting firms and other service providers.
  • Work closely with DPI and MFZ marketing teams to ensure pricing aligns with brand positioning, value messaging, and promotional planning.
  • Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team of pricing analysts, providing practical feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Build a collaborative team culture and set a united, ambitious direction.
  • Recognize team achievements, keep people engaged, and maintain motivation.
  • Promote open communication and mutual respect among team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or analytics, ideally within QSR, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical and financial judgment, with solid command of SQL, Excel, or similar data tools.
  • Proven ability to increase revenue through data-led pricing strategy.
  • Experience with price elasticity models, A/B testing, and machine-learning-based pricing optimization is beneficial.
  • Experience designing, conducting, and interpreting quantitative customer surveys for pricing decisions is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ownership, proactive problem-solving, pragmatic thinking, and comfort working through ambiguity with a continuous learning mindset.
  • Strong project management capability and close attention to detail.
  • Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative and complex cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and franchise partners.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and regions.
