Responsibilities

• Operate all kitchen and store equipment efficiently.
• Transfer and organize stock from delivery areas to storage and work areas, including walk-in coolers.
• Prepare food products following specified procedures.
• Receive and process orders taken via telephone.
• Perform inventory checks and complete all related paperwork accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and facilities on an approximate daily schedule.
• Deliver food products to customers by car and ensure delivery to their doorstep.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers and door hangers to promote the business.
• Navigate orders and deliveries, including reading maps and locating addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Adapt to diverse terrain conditions, including multi-story buildings and private residences, while carrying deliveries.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong numerical skills including rapid and accurate ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; capable of correctly making monetary change.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination required for rapid and precise handling of products and use of computer interfaces such as keyboards and touch screens.
• Capable of understanding and following written instructions accurately.
• Skilled in customer interactions both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to deliver food safely by car.
• Excellent navigational skills to efficiently locate delivery addresses.
