You will help design tailored AI solutions that use a customer’s proprietary data and domain expertise to improve how their organization operates. The role involves understanding real-world workflow challenges, working closely with clients, and leading a forward-deployed team to build advanced AI products on the Scale GenAI Platform, a full-stack system for building, testing, and deploying frontier AI agents.

- Supplying high-quality training data for research groups and government institutions that are building LLMs
- Forming partnerships that support regional AI adoption and local talent development
What you will do
As an entrepreneurial product leader, you will own major AI initiatives for one or more customers and help turn ambiguous needs into impactful solutions. You will work across engineering, machine learning, operations, and go-to-market functions to deliver products that can generate significant business value.
- Run client workshops to define and shape custom AI solutions
- Identify and evaluate new AI application opportunities across government organizations
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery of AI applications and custom LLMs with engineering, operations, and go-to-market stakeholders
- Stay closely connected to future end users, gather their feedback, and use it to guide prioritization
- Keep current on applied AI research and methods for training custom LLMs
- Define evaluation datasets and success criteria, review performance, and refine the solution based on results
- Provide regular status updates to clients and Global Public Sector leadership
Background and experience
The ideal candidate combines product leadership with strong technical judgment. You should be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a solid grasp of software engineering principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
- At least 4 years of product experience, including the last 1 to 2 years working on AI-powered products
- Strong technical foundation, ideally backed by a STEM degree and/or experience building technical software products
- Good understanding of generative AI technologies and how they are used in enterprise and consumer settings
- Experience using vibe coding tools such as Replit, Lovable, or Bolt, along with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Miro
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Preferred skills
- Python coding experience
- Ability to speak and write in Arabic
