About Theia Insights
Theia Insights is a venture-backed Series A deep-tech AI company focused on building a comprehensive cross-asset ontology for financial markets, creating a dynamic map of the economy. Our innovative data powers live indices and portfolios for institutional investors across the US, UK, and EU. Our team combines former AI engineers from Amazon and Meta with experts holding PhDs in AI, mathematics, and natural language processing.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive product and content marketing specialist to support our revenue team. This hands-on position involves creating and managing marketing materials and content that span multiple platforms including sales collateral, LinkedIn, and our website. Collaboration with company founders and sales staff is key.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update visual assets and marketing collateral for use by the sales team, such as presentations, one-pagers, and client-facing documents.
- Create and curate content tailored for LinkedIn and the company website, informed by internal insights and targeted to specific client personas, with a weekly publication schedule.
- Produce walkthrough videos showcasing our products.
- Build a content strategy driven by unique internal data to engage and grow our audience consistently.
- Customize marketing materials for different client segments in collaboration with the sales team.
- Ensure all client-facing materials maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and messaging.
- Oversee the website’s content and materials, updating them to reflect the latest products and insights.
Candidate Profile
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a combination of both, preferably within B2B SaaS or data product environments.
- Background in B2B marketing ideally within capital markets, financial data sectors, or AI and deep-tech companies. Familiarity with the target audience (asset managers, hedge funds, index providers) or the capability to quickly understand this demographic.
- A hands-on creator with strong visual design skills, confident writing ability, and some experience in video editing.
- Data-driven approach to content creation, preferring to base strategies on measurable metrics rather than arbitrary posting.
- Self-motivated with a bias for action; able to operate independently and take initiative without a strict guideline.
- Must have UK work eligibility.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary accompanied by EMI share options.
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Private health insurance and pension scheme.
- Hybrid working model based in London.
- Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing AI fintech company scaling post-Series A funding.
Additional Information
Applications are accepted until July 31st, 2026; however, due to a high volume of applicants, the position may close earlier.
