Process Associate - Order Management in Health Care (Voice)

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate various order management activities.
• Identify potential issues or risks and recommend appropriate responses.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and timely completion of tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests related to order processing via voice calls.

Requirements

• Graduate with up to one year of experience in the healthcare domain.
• Effective communication skills with fluency in spoken language.
• Willingness and ability to work in shift schedules as required.
• Capability to manage pressure and maintain performance standards.
• Proficient in MS Office suite applications.
• Self-motivated and ambitious with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, along with good interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Preferred Education

Master's degree preferred.
