About the Role
Dhakshith IT Services Private Limited invites applications for the position of Customer Support Executive for two different projects: TITAN and TOYOTA. Both roles require excellent communication skills in English and Hindi along with relevant customer support experience or qualifications.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
For the TITAN project, candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in inbound customer support, email support, or chat support. Freshers are not eligible. The role is semi-voice based and requires proficiency in English and Hindi at Versant Level 4 or above. Candidates should possess at least a Pre-University Course (PUC) qualification or higher.
The TOYOTA project requires candidates to hold a graduation degree and demonstrate fluency in both English and Hindi (Versant Level 4). The position involves general shift timings with rotational weekly offs.
Working Hours and Shifts
- TITAN: Rotational shifts with a 9-hour duration. Female shifts range between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, while male shifts are between 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM. One rotational weekly day off is provided.
- TOYOTA: General shift timings with rotational weekly offs.
Compensation
- TITAN: Salary ranges from ₹23,000 to ₹28,000 CTC per month.
- TOYOTA: Salary ranges from ₹23,000 to ₹25,000 CTC per month.
