What the Role Involves

The Private Medical Services Nurse supports physicians during patient visits across Dubai, providing comprehensive clinical care in private homes, hotels, and executive accommodations. This role emphasizes personalized patient care away from traditional busy hospital wards, focusing on the needs of high-net-worth, international, executive, family, and VIP clients who desire privacy, comfort, and convenience.

Responsibilities

• Accompany physicians on patient visits throughout Dubai.
• Provide top-quality nursing care in private residences and hospitality venues.
• Assist with thorough patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and ensure precise clinical documentation.
• Support patients with both acute and chronic conditions.
• Educate patients on health and treatment plans.
• Maintain professional conduct with high confidentiality and discretion.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license.
• Resident in the UAE currently.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience post-registration.
• Experience in hospital, outpatient, VIP healthcare, emergency, medical-surgical, private, or community healthcare settings.
• Excellent command of English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and patient rapport skills.
• Professional appearance and confident, clear communication style.
• High levels of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing and able to travel across Dubai frequently.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Nurses trained in Western or Arab healthcare systems.
• Experience with VIP, hospitality, executive health, or community healthcare services.
• Arabic language proficiency.
• Prior experience supporting senior executives or premium/personalized patient care.
