Role Description
As an Operational Support Grade, you will engage in a broad range of tasks including conducting security and search operations at the entrance, managing deliveries, overseeing visitors, and monitoring communications through phone and CCTV systems. Your duties will combine administrative responsibilities with physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and escorting vehicles across the prison grounds. A full and valid UK Driving Licence is essential for performing required driving duties integral to this position.
