Role Overview

This position involves managing appeals related to violations recorded under the Road Traffic Act, Active Mobility Act, and other statutes overseen by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) along with associated subsidiary regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and respond to appeals concerning offenses under various transportation-related legislation.
• Compile detailed reports analysing each case and offering recommendations based on specific details.
• Address general inquiries from the public, motorists, and partner agencies.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving team workflows and boosting operational effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses educational background in any field.
• Ideally holds a minimum of two years of relevant experience, particularly in enforcement roles or customer service functions.
• Exhibits initiative, motivation, and can perform both independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrates sound decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical thinking along with proficient written and oral communication abilities.
• Efficient in engaging with the public and adept at handling challenging customer interactions.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
