This role sits within an organisation committed to protecting, supporting, advocating for, educating, and empowering vulnerable Queenslanders so they can live with dignity.

Key responsibilities

  • Offer informed guidance on complex human resources and industrial matters, with reference to legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and established practices.
  • Deliver specialist case management support to employees and leaders, helping drive strong approaches to health, safety, injury management, and recovery.
  • Use data and workplace insights to help create a collaborative, high-performing culture that supports organisational priorities and key results.
