Role overview

JBAndrews is expanding and is seeking an experienced executive search professional to join its Dubai office. This position sits within the Logistics & Supply Chain, Medical & Life Science, or Industrial divisions and involves end-to-end executive recruitment with a strong focus on industry knowledge, client development, and global senior-level talent attraction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete 360-degree executive recruitment cycle for senior management hires.
• Build deep expertise in a chosen niche sector within one of the company’s core global markets.
• Win new business and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
• Source and approach high-calibre industry professionals for senior vacancies worldwide.
• Advise clients on executive hiring decisions and recruitment strategy.
• Work independently while also contributing as part of a team, treating the market as a growth area in its own right.
• Support and coach new team members, including occasional training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Track, communicate, and forecast business pipeline activity to directors.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a 360 recruitment role within Logistics & Supply Chain, Medical & Life Science, or Industrial sectors.
• A proven ability to create client relationships from scratch and place candidates at senior level.
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree is not mandatory, though it is preferred.
• Self-driven, confident, positive, and resilient personality traits.
• Accountability for delivering targets and expanding a specialist niche market.
• Ambition to contribute beyond routine day-to-day tasks.
