About the Role

Lakshay India is on the lookout for an experienced and achievement-driven Senior Regional Manager (SRM) to spearhead the growth of its career counselling division and expand its franchise network. This position offers a robust annual compensation with room for substantial increments tied to performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to attract and onboard new franchise partners focused on delivering career counselling and educational services.
• Collaborate with franchisees to implement local marketing initiatives aimed at boosting brand recognition, increasing enrolments, and driving revenue growth.
• Oversee franchisee operations, providing expert guidance and training to improve counselling quality and enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in business development with a strong background in scaling franchise networks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities to effectively build and maintain professional networks.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of ₹1,00,000 per month, equating to an annual CTC of ₹12,00,000, with potential to rise to ₹1,50,000 monthly (₹18,00,000 annually) after six months based on performance.
• Flexible working hours combined with the convenience of remote work until promotion to Regional Director, where the CTC may reach ₹36,00,000 annually.
