About the Role

Lakshay India is looking to hire an experienced Senior Regional Manager to lead the growth of its career counselling division and franchise network. This position offers a starting package of ₹12 lakh per annum, with opportunities to increase the compensation to ₹18 lakh after six months and grow further to ₹36 lakh as Regional Director. The role supports flexible working hours and remote work until the candidate reaches a higher leadership level.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business expansion by onboarding new franchise partners interested in career counselling and educational services.
Work closely with franchisees to develop and implement local marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand recognition, increasing enrollments, and growing revenue.
Supervise franchisees’ service quality by providing training, guidance, and support to improve counselling effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Proven expertise in business development and scaling franchise networks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective leadership capabilities to build and maintain a network.
