About the Role
Lakshay India is looking to hire an experienced Senior Regional Manager to lead the growth of its career counselling division and franchise network. This position offers a starting package of ₹12 lakh per annum, with opportunities to increase the compensation to ₹18 lakh after six months and grow further to ₹36 lakh as Regional Director. The role supports flexible working hours and remote work until the candidate reaches a higher leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business expansion by onboarding new franchise partners interested in career counselling and educational services.
- Work closely with franchisees to develop and implement local marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand recognition, increasing enrollments, and growing revenue.
- Supervise franchisees’ service quality by providing training, guidance, and support to improve counselling effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proven expertise in business development and scaling franchise networks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective leadership capabilities to build and maintain a network.
