About PARATUS

It integrates specialized software companies across medical imaging, laboratory, radiology, and hospital information systems, aiming to provide best-of-breed clinical solutions in a unified platform. Each founding team continues to contribute to product development, strengthening the platform's market position.

Role Overview

This internship offers a 6 to 12-month opportunity based in Munich, with a flexible start date. Joining the holding and value creation team, you will work closely with PARATUS' leadership and Greenpeak Partners, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate post-merger integration activities by coordinating onboarding of new acquisitions, aligning reporting frameworks, and monitoring integration tasks across finance, operations, and IT.
  • Partner with portfolio companies to execute and track value creation initiatives, addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Support the deployment of a group-wide CRM system by gathering requirements, coordinating with operating companies, and overseeing rollout progress.
  • Assist in developing and implementing AI agent use cases across the portfolio, identifying opportunities, supporting development, and encouraging adoption.
  • Contribute to establishing a centralized data and reporting infrastructure consolidating financial and operational KPIs to enable unified group reporting.
  • Prepare financial analyses, including modelling, EBITDA reconciliation, and monthly management reviews, to support discussions with management and investors.
  • Engage in various project tasks in a lean, fast-paced organization, ensuring direct involvement beyond mere observation.

Candidate Profile

  • Outstanding academic achievements with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Informatics or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of building detailed financial models and high-quality presentations.
  • Analytically driven with strong numerical interest; experience or background in finance, controlling, consulting or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Previous internships or work experience in consulting, private equity, corporate finance, or M&A add value.
  • Self-motivated and structured work approach with the ability to take initiative independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, software technology, and growth trajectories of private equity-backed firms.
  • Possess a humble, reflective, and empathetic attitude, along with cultural sensitivity and the ability to motivate and unite teams.
