Primary Responsibilities

• Transport customers and dealership employees whenever needed.
• Maintain the dealership's building and grounds as required.
• Organize and park vehicles daily for sales and service departments.
• Remove protective covers and identification tags from vehicles prior to delivery back to customers.
• Thoroughly inspect vehicles for stains, debris, or damage before returning them to customers and immediately report any damage found.
• Support service write-ups and tagging of customer vehicles.
• Assist with shop cleaning and deliveries when necessary.
• Perform seasonal exterior cleaning, such as snow removal from vehicles.
• Identify and communicate any merchandising or lot issues to the appropriate manager.
• Monitor and coordinate vehicle progress during the reconditioning process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or GED.
• Genuine interest and familiarity with the automotive industry and vehicles.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license accompanied by a clean driving record.
• Capability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience working with cleaning products and tools, including power washers, is an advantage.
• Dependability, reliability, strong attention to detail, and effective prioritization skills.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
