Primary Responsibilities
- Transport customers and dealership employees whenever needed.
- Maintain the dealership's building and grounds as required.
- Organize and park vehicles daily for sales and service departments.
- Remove protective covers and identification tags from vehicles prior to delivery back to customers.
- Thoroughly inspect vehicles for stains, debris, or damage before returning them to customers and immediately report any damage found.
- Support service write-ups and tagging of customer vehicles.
- Assist with shop cleaning and deliveries when necessary.
- Perform seasonal exterior cleaning, such as snow removal from vehicles.
- Identify and communicate any merchandising or lot issues to the appropriate manager.
- Monitor and coordinate vehicle progress during the reconditioning process.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of high school diploma or GED.
- Genuine interest and familiarity with the automotive industry and vehicles.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license accompanied by a clean driving record.
- Capability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Experience working with cleaning products and tools, including power washers, is an advantage.
- Dependability, reliability, strong attention to detail, and effective prioritization skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
