Key Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services for customers and dealership staff as required.
• Maintain dealership premises including grounds and building upkeep.
• Support Service and Sales Departments with daily tasks.
• Organize and park vehicles designated for sale or service each day.
• Remove all protective covers and identification tags before returning vehicles to customers.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify stains, debris, or damage on vehicles prior to customer delivery and promptly report any issues.
• Assist with documenting service details and tagging customer vehicles.
• Contribute to shop cleanliness and manage deliveries when necessary.
• Perform exterior cleaning such as snow removal according to seasonal demands.
• Identify and communicate merchandising requirements or concerns to management.
• Apply advertising signage to vehicles when needed.
• Monitor and arrange vehicles based on their reconditioning stages to keep the lot tidy, including garbage removal.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent (GED).
• Genuine interest in the automotive sector with solid vehicle knowledge.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment, such as power washers, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and effective prioritization skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
