About the Role and Company

Dnata, a leading global provider of air services including ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering across five continents, is seeking a PMO Analyst to join its Projects team. This role is critical in advancing successful project and program outcomes by enforcing governance, enhancing reporting capabilities, overseeing planning activities, and administering systems such as Jira to provide accurate, timely insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure stringent PMO governance by maintaining standards, coordinating essential meetings, and guaranteeing adherence to project frameworks and approval processes.
  • Manage Jira and other delivery tools to maintain quality data, standardized workflows, clear reporting, and effective onboarding of personnel and vendors.
  • Administer secure, role-based user access to delivery platforms, facilitate onboarding and audits, and troubleshoot access issues.
  • Produce executive-level reports and insights to monitor project performance, identify risks, and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Assist with integrated planning and financial tracking to monitor project milestones, budgets, and benefits diligently.
  • Oversee Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), manage escalations, and enforce change control processes to mitigate risks and safeguard delivery objectives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven expertise in administering Jira, including managing boards, workflows, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Experience with system access management, onboarding, and offboarding users.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel with high attention to detail.
  • Capability to produce reports suitable for executive audiences.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background working within large-scale transformation or enterprise programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using Confluence, Power BI, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of information security principles and access controls.
  • Certifications such as PMO, PRINCE2, or Agile.
  • Between 1 to 5 years of experience in PMO, project support, or delivery roles.
