Job Overview
The Plant HR Leader is a pivotal member of P&G’s Human Resources team responsible for overseeing HR functions at a manufacturing plant. This includes supporting employee well-being and growth, balancing organizational needs, and driving HR operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote autonomy and encourage initiative within the HR department.
- Lead small-scale HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize HR systems effectively to consistently achieve operational excellence.
- Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities within the plant environment.
- Maintain a balance between employee welfare and business objectives, collaborating closely with management.
Candidate Qualifications
- Master's degree in human resources preferred, with proven experience as an HR Business Area Manager (BAM).
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline is required.
- Prior experience in a comparable role, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
- Track record of successfully managing projects and leading HR initiatives.
