About the Role

You will be involved in driving supply chain-driven innovation that creates business value and leading projects such as capacity upgrades with minimal downtime. With rapid transformations in customer expectations, emerging technologies, new market competitors, channels, and global uncertainty, you will be at the forefront of these changes.

Responsibilities

  • Generate value by connecting business needs with feasible and innovative solutions.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across the entire supply chain by gaining in-depth business insights.
  • Lead and coordinate processes or projects that reduce costs, enhance service quality, and accelerate supply chain speed.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Must be Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Resident.
  • Recent graduate or final year student preferably holding a Commerce, Engineering, or Supply Chain/Logistics degree.
  • Achieved a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership through roles in clubs, teams, or societies.
  • Engaged in community activities with well-rounded life experience.
  • Team-oriented individual with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Possess analytical and strategic thinking capabilities and encourage innovation in all tasks.
