Procter & Gamble is recruiting a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join a proactive medical and leadership team focused on fostering employee safety, health, and wellness. Team Structure

Reporting directly to the Country Medical Leader, the nurse will support both the Singapore Innovation Center and the Singapore Tuas Plant. Close cooperation with site HR and medical administrators at the SgIC Health Center is essential. As a key member of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing pillar within the HR function, engagement with country and regional medical teams ensures alignment with global health strategies and adherence to internal and external regulations.

Success Criteria

The nurse will partner effectively with multifunctional teams in corporate and plant settings to introduce health and wellbeing initiatives that enhance business aims and employee health outcomes. Duties include assessing employee needs, shaping health programs, and facilitating their smooth implementation with occupational health tools and data analysis. The role requires a proactive and agile approach to consistently deliver excellent healthcare and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, align, and implement health and wellbeing initiatives according to company strategy and Health Systems Key Elements while ensuring compliance with internal health standards.
• Stay informed on Country Occupational Safety and Health laws and oversee organizational compliance.
• Partner with country and regional medical teams to harmonize health and wellness efforts with regional and global strategies.
• Collaborate with the Safety department to achieve cohesive health and safety objectives.
• Provide basic medical consultations, guidance, and manage cases, coordinating with external healthcare providers as needed.
• Analyze occupational health data and trends, recommending corrective measures, workplace accommodations, and return-to-work strategies.
• Support hazard identification, risk evaluation, and mitigation in the workplace.
• Lead emergency medical and crisis management preparedness.
• Serve as a health advocate inspiring cross-functional teams to actively promote health and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Occupational Health, preferably within a multinational setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
• Licensed nurse status in Singapore mandatory.
• Ability and willingness to work at P&G Singapore Innovation Centre and Singapore Tuas Plant.

Basic Skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English and local languages.
• Proficient with Microsoft collaboration and office productivity tools.
• Learning agility and ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
