About the Role

OneO2Plants Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and creative Plant Artist to craft exquisite botanical arrangements for corporate workplaces, hotels, and festive events across Singapore. This role involves designing beautiful pieces using orchids, foliage, and seasonal plants to bring nature-inspired art to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality orchid and botanical displays.
• Design festive decorations incorporating Pussy Willow, Lucky Bamboo, and other seasonal plants.
• Innovate and develop new seasonal product collections and concepts.
• Assist with the installation of event and holiday decor.
• Provide training on arrangement techniques and establish simple procedural guidelines.
• Ensure exceptional standards in workmanship and product quality.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrable experience in orchid or floral arrangement, or botanical styling.
• Strong creative flair with a keen eye for color harmony, balance, and aesthetics.
• Genuine passion for plants and botanical design.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Preparedness to support festive season installations and work extended hours during peak periods.
• Experience in corporate or hotel floral decoration is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Location: 20 Jalan Lekar (West), Singapore
• Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Annual Leave: 14 days
• Salary Range: SGD 2800 to 3300 per month, dependent on experience.
