Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and respectful service to patients, secretaries, and doctors.
• Schedule surgeries efficiently, ensuring clear communication and accuracy.
• Support administrative tasks within the department to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school education.
• Desirable familiarity with Tasy and Neoh software systems.
• Knowledge of TUSS codes, OPME processes, and customer service principles is preferred.
• Availability to participate in initial training sessions.

Additional Information

• Potential assignment to the Corporativo SP unit depending on organizational needs.
• Work schedules may vary between day and night shifts per your availability.
• Initial training takes place during business hours, making availability during this period essential.
• Work schedule consists of a 6x1 rotation with six-hour workdays.
• Alternating days off on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Remote work from home is enabled on weekends and holidays.
