Role Overview

• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with company standards, understanding and addressing customer needs to provide memorable shopping experiences.
• Promptly and professionally resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary while maintaining customer focus throughout all interactions.
• Meet and aim to surpass sales targets through innovative selling techniques that keep the customer’s interests central.
• Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to enhance sales performance by upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain store presentation including cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment consistently.
• Adhere strictly to store security guidelines to reduce risks related to stock loss.
• Apply advanced sales skills to better satisfy customer needs, foster high-value sales, and encourage repeat business.
• Assist customers by recommending and locating merchandise, including options from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion outlets if items are unavailable in-store.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school education is required.
• One to two years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
